The Advantages of a Manual Staple Gun
The average office stapler can take care of many tasks. It binds papers together. It affixes papers to corkboard. It can seal a cardboard box in a pinch. What it can’t do, however, is be useful in situations where firm or thick materials are being used. This is where the best manual staple guns step up to the plate to provide you with some help.
The advantages of owning this tool are clear.
- You have the power to finish office and household chores. A staple gun can still be used to bind large documents and seal boxes. It can also be used around the house for light repairs.
- It is safe and lightweight. Manual staple guns are much like the office stapler when it comes to safety. You’ve got to use the product incorrectly to injure yourself or damage something. There is no trigger that can be accidentally depressed.
- Different designs allow for ultimate versatility. Front and rear lever designs with manual staplers allow virtually anyone to take care of their stapling needs without fatigue, even during long-term use of the tool.
To guarantee you gain access to the most advantages possible, it is important to look for a manual staple gun which is built like a tank. Look for heavy-duty, non-corrosive materials for the best user experience. This tool should be able to take a drop, yet still be able to keep functioning at the end of the day.
Then there’s the cost advantage that comes with a manual staple gun. For the price of what you’d pay for the average lunch, you can get a top of the line tool that will let you get your chores finished quickly.

How to Use a Staple Gun - Staple Gun Tutorial
welcome to writer's workshop once again what I'm featuring tonight is the staple gun now if you've never owned one of these they can be very very useful I've got to I've got given one I'll show you how they work let's move the camera down here now first one here is a fairly heavy-duty one but it's still a hand operated tool so it'll be only useful for certain jobs like light weight crafts etc stuff like that I'll show you what sort of job so good for in a minute and there's there's the other one this isn't even a lighter duty one what I liked about this one particularly as I got three thousand staples with this one and also a tool and then you can see that there I'll show you how to use that later which will extricate staples that you've made a mistake with okay now the other staple gun it can actually fire nails as well small nails I'll be showing you that later on as well so if you're going to get one of these I would look for one that does both staples and nails right we'll take the lighter duty one first I'll show you how to load it etcetera it's got a little cap down on this one undo that the handle springs up like that and at the back here the rear of it it's got like a spring-loaded slider mechanism with a spring on it you see that there now what you do get a bunch of staples from out of the box there and just slides in the back there you can let them slide down you can hear that get this slider again with the spring on push it right in that's usually like a little slot they vary but to read the instructions and perhaps see that the way it just in there and then the spring actually tensions the the actual staples which run here I'll show you just move that up and see where the staples actually sit actually sitting the slider thing here all it's happening is this spring-loaded slider pushes the staples along one by one until they're needed for use there you go I'll just close that up again just snaps into position push that down and that's that particular one the other one a bit more heavy-duty much heavier all steel construction here didn't get as many stable for that one this has got actual attention on top here we've all got instructions so if you read them each one you'll find out what how to use it etc and this adjusts the firing of the staples and nails and just the strength so we go further into the piece of work there actually you're actually using this one comes straight out of the box with the handle up now the sniper this other one here if you're going to put it back away you need to take the staples out again otherwise as you're trying to put it away to put it in its box you put this little cap on here this little lever it will fire a staple which I don't like listen I just put that on now the staples gone flying across the room the other one it actually fits in its case without the need to actually take the staples out so I like that particularly so watch out for that so if you're going to buy one look out for these little things these little details right let's show you some work now I've got a piece of wood here you practice it up pretty clearly good color pieces of wood if I want to make sort of like a frame of something I'll just get out the one with the nails again this is where the snail one comes in useful now previously of course you'd use a nail with a pin hammer like this see if you can see that you place the nail that's so and of course you've got to hold it with your fingers sometimes you'll hit your thumb and it's a little bit awkward or in this nail however what you can do with this this nail gun can stay put watch out brick this is you can either clamp the work we can glue it in place temporary now the nails the load one side or the other so remember which side you slide them down alright I'll click in there this means that it'll be one corner or the other on this particular model so remember which side you've loaded the nails oh I've loaded them on the left side here you can always do it on a test piece of work first alright here goes watch how quick this is press down hard fire away there you go solid it's really easy great put that away a minute go back to the other one staple guns are useful for all sorts of things let's do a little bit of reupholstery now this is good for reupholstering chairs or if you're an artist you can make picture frames of course you might be able to see a picture of somebody doing a chair there just see that it's very easy take off the patch so put that way you can see it press down hard use the other hand if necessary just go along the work totally brilliant and see those staples in there shining nice your reupholstery dead easy now many many uses for these put a post-it here which was on with blue tap you can crack see there and it kept coming off so as you can see it's rolled up it's still a bit of spring in it but course with one of these boys watch your fingers you play straight away let's go in nowhere there's so many applications you could use this Forbes unreal really is good so just a few job you can use a staple gun for now if you're going to buy one of these I suggest that you go to Amazon because they've got a lot of reviews that I've said before and I always try and buy the best I can I look for reviews which are four-star on above so if you're going to buy one I would suggest though getting an electric one because then you can use it on much much heavier duty jobs as well as like jobs I've shown you here and it's going to last your lifetime so if you really want one of these just go for it go through my link have a look at Amazon job done
